Ultra has a $99.99 tier with 5x and a $199.99 tier with 20x the Pro usage on Google AI. The Jules docs list one set of limits for Ultra.

Paid Jules plans come through a Google AI subscription on an individual @gmail.com account. Task limits are per user and not pooled on family plans. The Jules Tools CLI manages cloud sessions from a terminal and does not run the agent locally.
